6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Mammartech will transfer ownership of the website and all related assets to the client. Mammartech reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio purposes.

7. Liability

Mammartech is not liable for any losses, damages, or technical issues arising from third-party services or platforms used in the development of the website (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time. In case of client termination, Mammartech will retain a pro-rata portion of the payment based on the work completed.
